Refund & Cancellation Policy – Unitly

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all bookings made for Unitly (the “Space”). By making a booking or using the Space, you agree to this policy.
1. Booking Confirmation
A booking is only confirmed once you receive written confirmation from us and any required payment has been received.
2. Cancellations by You (Customer)
If you cancel your booking, the following refund rules apply:
- More than 14 days before the start date: You will receive a full refund minus a £50 administration fee.
- Between 7 and 14 days before the start date: You will receive a 50% refund, minus a £50 administration fee.
- Less than 7 days before the start date: No refund is available.
3. Cancellations by Us
In rare cases, we may need to cancel a booking due to unforeseen circumstances outside of our control (for example, safety concerns, essential repairs, or building-related emergencies).
If we cancel your booking, you will receive a full refund for any unused time paid.
4. Non-Refundable Costs
If you have requested additional services or arrangements that create costs before your booking begins (for example, specialist setup requirements, urgent access arrangements, or third-party services), these costs may be non-refundable where applicable.
5. Booking Changes (Date Amendments)
- If you request to change dates rather than cancel, we will do our best to accommodate this subject to availability.
- Any change requests may require a revised invoice and confirmation in writing.
6. Refund Processing
- Refunds are processed back to the original payment method where possible.
- Please allow up to 5–10 working days for your bank/payment provider to complete the transaction.
